The USTA management company is the first company in the Ural region specializing in professional management of the hotels, restaurants and country recreation complexes. Since 2000 the USTA management company has been managing the largest hotels in Yekaterinburg: Grand-Avenue business hotel, Yekaterinburg-Tsentralny hotel (former Tsentralnaya hotel), Iset hotel, Premier hotel and City hotel. Hotel restaurants Сase, Savoy, café Premier, lobby-bar Jam and Italian family restaurant PORTOFINO are also operated under the standards of the USTA management company. In 2009 the USTA management company began to develop fast-food restaurant and food delivery services. The company develops an area of country recreation and manages 2 objects: the Solnechny Kamen’ recreation center (Verkhnyaya Sysert) and the Utes cottage (Kamenka village, Pervouralskyy region). There are 454 hotel rooms in operations in total.
